"Try to dodge it Spark, and tackle!"
The improvised mask was very useful for at least preventing the Sweet Scent from having full effect, but it wasn't entirely fool proof. The next Absorb attack hit Spark full out as she charged towards Aoi at full speed, not really expecting the thing to suddenly throw out a Absorb from such a close range, the bubbles draining the last bit of energy Spark had.
But Spark had already gathered quite some momentum, so even though the Pokémon fainted and her legs gave away under her, that did not exactly slow her down continued her tackle motion towards Aoi even as she had already fainted.
Getting so close to Spark had made it rather easy for Aoi to hit the absorb, but the tackle carried enough momentum to reach the Oddish at near full speed, and at such a distance, dodging might have been difficult.

Aoi couldn't dodge in time as the unconscious Shinx rammed into her, full force; the Oddish fell backwards, the Shinx landing ontop of her. Aoi fainted aswell from the hit, yet the Absorb, having drained at full power, returned, trying to revitalize the little weed Pokemon. Oddly enough, the energy from the Absorb alos seemed to return some to Spark. Perhaps the fact that she lay on top of Aoi granted her the luck of gaining back a little power?
Aoi blinked her eyes open, struggling to get Spark off of her; the Absorb's energy had been shared, and aoi was in no condition to fight now.
" It appears as though we've got a draw." Murasaki called out, unzipping her rolling case to produce a Potion from within it. The kimono clad coordinator approached the two prone Pokemon.

"W...wow, t...that was a pretty intensive fight.." He hurried closer and carefully lifted Spark, lifting her up and carrying her back over to where Swipes was waiting for his turn to fight, carefully placing Spark down on the ground.
"Y...you did amazing Spark. S...so rest some. We'll get you to a Pokémon center later, can you hold out until then?"
Spark had gotten some energy back, so she wasn't exactly in danger of anything, she was just severely exhausted. A potion wasn't really needed as long as Spark wouldn't be getting into another fight, and considering it was getting somewhat late, Narash had not been planning on continueing for the day after this fight anyways.
"T...that was a really nice fight. I...I didn't know Spark was so fast..."

"You should give yourself a little more credit Narash. You managed to effectively counter all of my moves. I'm just glad that scarf couldn't block out all of my ldarling little Aoi's Sweet Scent." Murasaki called, spraying the injured plant with about half a bottle of the Potion. The purple mist helped her alot, but Murasaki still kneeled to lift the little plant into the crook of her arm and carry her back over to the others.
<"That was a great fight Aoi! You were awesome!"> Kurenai cried as the Oddish sat next to her.
<"Not bad, I must admit."> Midori said, complimenting the other.
<" That Shinx was a blur half the fight. I don't think even you'd have an easy time with it." >Aoi murmured
<"I wonder what'll happen next?">
Murasaki straightened, pulling a Pokeball from her sleeve; she pondered if it was wise to use whatever lay inside next...

His face flushed a shade of red at the compliment, mumbling a soft 'thanks', obviously as amazing at taking compliments as his confidence in his battling skills was, terrible. He was such a nervous wreck.
"Y...you were great too. Y...you're Oddish is really strong!"
He glanced in his backpack, suddenly spotting the two Pokéballs that were placed inside. "O...oh! I...I completely forgot, I...I adopted two pokémon earlier! S...so, I still have those as well. T...that means we could have more rounds than just two!"

"How odd. I adopted a Pokemon earlier myself. Why don't you come out and meet everyone Hokori?" Murasaki said, releasing the Buneary from her ball; she was nervous, not having truly met the Pokemon yet.
The light faded, revealing a small rabbit Pokemon, whose legs and ears were covered in fluffy, light yellow fur, almost like cotton really; the rest of the Pokemon's body was covered in short brown fuzz, and a pair of glittering eyes beamed from the Buneary's face. The namesake for the entire species, the signature ears, curled and uncurled one after the other, until the right stood straight up and the left pinned itself down. Stretches, perhaps?
"Hello Hokori. My name's Murasaki. Earlier today I adopted you from Sarah, who told me you were quite a happy little thing. Thes are my other Pokemon, if you'd like to meet them." Murasaki's vocie was gentle as she introduced herself and the others.
<"Welcome to the family. I'm Kurenai, Momma's first partner!"> The Cherubi called.
<"Ignore her, she's young. I'm Midori, the number one fighter on this team of weaklings.">
<"Number One? Hardly. I'm number one. The name's Aoi, and if you'd been out earlier you'd have seen my impressive victory!">
<"More like impressive fluke... If you do fight, let me handle the Meowth...">
As all of this happened, Hokori simply smiled; the Buneary knew that Sarah had planned to have someone adopt her and she felt lucky to have someone so nice, with such an interesting group of Pokemon. <" Nice to meetcha.">
"I was hoping you'd battle for me, Hokori, since my opponent seems to have four Pokemon fit for fighting aswell. Ofcourse, after all this, we'd get to go back to the Center for a bite to eat and bed..." As Murasaki mentioned food, the Buneary's eyes lit up; Murasaki smiled, noting how the best way to some Pokemon's hearts was through their stomachs.
Determination lit up Hokori's face as she turned to look at the other trainer; she felt up to some exercise, and if she won, Hokori figured she'd get an extra snack...

"O...oh. W...what a cute bunny thing!" Better ask that Pokédex for help again, because this thing didn't look familiar, at all. A buneary, his pokédex told him. Normal type, apparently, just like Swipes. The perfect match then, right?
"O...oh, a...a normal type. I...I'll use Swipes then, m...my Meowth. He's a normal type as well, it's fair that way, right?" Well, that wasn't completely true because Swipes was higher leveled than the bunny-Pokémon, but that did not mean much. After all, there was a pretty big level difference between the Shinx and the Oddish as well, and that had been an exciting fight.
He quickly pocketed the other two pokéballs, so that he wouldn't forget about them again. He still had two more Pokémon after Swipes and Buneary had fought. But the main problem there was, so did Murasaki!
